Rules
RULE 01 How to eliminate someone?
You eliminate your target by pulling their flag off.
How do I know my target?
You will be given an envelope with your name and your number on it. The number on the envelope is YOUR NUMBER .
Inside the envelope, you will also find two cards:
ID Card
Your number
Target Card
Your target's number
RULE 02 What to Do After an Elimination?
1. Take your target's flag
After eliminating someone, take the flag you removed from your target.
2. Drop it off at your House Base
Put the flag into the designated box in your House Base room:
Room 2405
Room 2401
Room 2412
Room 2414
3. Earn points for your House!
Collected flags count towards your House's points and contribute to the House competition.
Important
The flag's colour does not matter. Put the flag of the person you eliminated into your own House's box.
RULE 03 What to Do After You Pull a Flag
1. Check that you eliminated the correct target
Check the ID number on the person's card against the target number in your envelope to make sure you eliminated the correct person.
2. Clip the card and put it in the box
Clip the card and place it in the box outside Ms. Chen's room .
3. Wait for the board to be updated
Ms. Chen or Mrs. Yuan will check the cards in the box and remove your target's name from the board. Only Ms. Chen or Mrs. Yuan may remove photos from the Ninja Tag Photo Wall.
You must wait until your target's name has been removed from the board before going after your target's target.
RULE 04 Automatic Elimination & Game Time
Automatic Elimination
Absent for 2 Days
If you are absent for 2 days, including EA, you are automatically eliminated.
Not sure if your target has been eliminated due to absence? It is YOUR responsibility to secretly ask Ms. Yuan to check.
No Flag = Automatic Elimination
If you have no flag, you are automatically eliminated.
Target Updates & Game Time
Target Number Updates
Target numbers are updated at: 8:00, 9:00, 10:00, 11:00 AM, 12:00, 1:00, 2:00, 3:00, and 3:30 PM.
Game Time: 9:40 AM – 3:40 PM
Tagging is allowed only during game time. No tagging before 9:40 AM or after 3:40 PM.
RULE 05 Activity Areas & Off-Limits Zones
Where Can You Play?
4th-Floor Hallway
Allowed during game time.
5th-Floor Area
Allowed during lunch time only.
Outdoor Campus
Allowed during break time only. All courts are off-limits.
Where Is Playing Prohibited?
You must not tag or play in any of these areas:
Restricted Areas
Classrooms, library, gym, offices, copy room, meeting rooms, staircases, bathrooms, and cafeteria.
Restricted Buildings & Floors
Chinese Track Building and the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors of ET.
Be respectful. Safety always comes first!
RULE 06 Do's and Don'ts
Important Rules to Follow
1. Keep Your Target Secret
Do NOT tell anyone who your target is.
2. Stay Calm and Respectful
Do not get angry or violent. Ninja Tag is just a fun game. Always treat others with respect.
3. Follow All Rules
Do not break or ignore any game rules.
4. No Help from Friends
Do not ask friends to help you tag or surround your target. You must play on your own.
5. Stay Out of Prohibited Areas
Do not eliminate anyone in a prohibited area. Breaking this rule will get you eliminated from the game.
6. Never Touch the Photo Wall
Do not remove or touch any photos on the Ninja Tag Photo Wall. Find Ms. Chen or Ms. Yuan if a photo needs to be removed.
7. Only Tag Your Assigned Target
Do not eliminate anyone who is not your assigned target. It wastes time and does not help you progress in the game.
